Privacy Policy

Matrix Arena ("we", "our") provides its family of products — including the Matrix Arena social app — at matrixarena.in and its subdomains. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you sign in by phone we receive your phone number. We use these solely to create and secure your Matrix account.

Content you create. Tasks, reminders, notes, personas and chat messages you create are stored to provide the service and sync across your devices. Your content is private to your account and protected by row-level security; no other user can access it.

AI processing. Messages you send to an assistant are processed by an AI model to structure them into tasks, reminders and notes. If you configure your own AI provider key, your messages are sent to that provider under your agreement with them. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising. API keys you add are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Data retention & deletion

Your data remains until you delete it or your account. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting) and AI model providers (e.g. Groq) as processors to operate the service.
